Hui Fong specialises in Family and Matrimonial law. She also has experience in other fields of law.
Hui Fong has an LLB degree from London University. She qualified in 1987, and initially dealt with all aspects of law. She has been specialising in Family and Matrimonial Law since 1998. She has been with Sanders Solicitors since December 2004, and became the Matrimonial Partner in January 2006.
She deals with the challenges in what can be a distressing time for the parties, especially if there are children involved, in a professional and caring manner.
She has also recently represented a number of couples in a high profile Class Action case against a local authority whereby the validity of their marriages were called into question, as a consequence of irregularities with the Place of Marriage.
Hui Fong is married with three children. She enjoys ski-ing and swimming. She is a Board Member of a Housing Association.
