We always, at the beginning of any transaction for the Seller, prepare a detailed information pack to enable the Seller to have a head start and cut down the time which transactions can take.
For the Buyer we always prepare a detailed dossier and report at the earliest opportunity so the Buyer gets a complete understanding of what he or she is buying or proposing to lease. We take particular care in ensuring that clients are always aware of the commercial risk on taking on commercial leases especially when they are fully repairing and insuring and long leases.
We always try to understand our client’s essential objectives and ensure that these are met and not sacrificed over minor or peripheral issues which can so often be the case.
