We are able to arrange the preparation and planning of Licensing applications covering pubs, clubs, hotels, members clubs, off licences and all other outlets, our team provides the experience and respected Advocacy services your establishment will require, regularly appearing before Licensing Committees. We have acted for major pub chains, breweries and off licences securing licences on behalf of our clients.
We can also arrange training courses, either in house, or at local venues on the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and subsequent related legislation. These courses cover the whole area of Licensing legislation and include Health and Safety matters. Training can be carefully “tailored” for your business needs.
We offer services in respect of all applications to Licensing Committees throughout England and Wales, including new applications and transfers, noise abatement issues and amendments and additions to Premises and Licenses.
