Peter Sanders
Senior Partner
Peter was educated at Bradfield College and studied law at Leicester University and Guildford Law School.
He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984 and became a Partner in the firm in 1987. Peter started working for the firm as far back as 1976 as an Outdoor Clerk when the world and the legal profession were very different.
Daniel Gearing
Litigation Partner
Daniel specialises in employment, commercial and contractual disputes. He also has experience in matrimonial cases and is a qualified mediator.
Daniel trained in Lincolns Inn fields, London after completing his LPC in Store Street, London. He qualified in 1999 and a year after qualification, he left London to move to Sanders to develop the litigation department and be closer to his family. He became the litigation partner in 2003.
Hui Fong Chen
Matrimonial Partner
Hui Fong specialises in Family and Matrimonial law. She also has experience in other fields of law.
Hui Fong has an LLB degree from London University. She qualified in 1987, and initially dealt with all aspects of law. She has been specialising in Family and Matrimonial Law since 1998. She has been with Sanders Solicitors since December 2004, and became the Matrimonial Partner in January 2006.
